What is an RPMSG file, and how do I open it?
An RPMSG file is a protected email message created by Microsoft Outlook using Information Rights Management (IRM). It is designed to keep sensitive information secure by allowing only authorized users to access the content. To open it, launch Outlook, open the email containing the .rpmsg file, and sign in with the Microsoft account that has permission. Once your identity is verified, Outlook decrypts the message automatically, allowing you to read it. Depending on the sender's permissions, you may also be able to reply, print, copy, or forward the email
