Ferrari California feels loose in the rear – should I be terrified?

I've got a 2012 California that I've owned for about two years and only drive on weekends but lately the rear end feels strangely loose when accelerating out of corners, almost like the car wants to wiggle before the tires even break traction which never used to happen. I've checked the tire pressures and tread depth and everything looks fine so my mind is going to worn rear shocks not controlling the suspension movement properly under load. The car has about 45,000 km on it so it's not crazy high mileage but age might be catching up with the original dampers. I found Top-Tier Ferrari Shock Absorber Replacement in Suspension Repair Dubai while searching for specialists who actually understand the magnetorheological damping system on these cars because I know it's not something a normal shop can just replace without proper calibration. Has anyone here replaced the rear shocks on a California or 458 and noticed a big improvement in stability and confidence? Also how much should I realistically expect to pay for this because I'm scared of what the dealership would quote but also don't wanna go somewhere that will mess up the electronics. Really love this car and just want it to feel planted again like it used to.
