How do you choose the right translation service for a book?

Hi everyone! I’m looking to get my book translated into another language but I’m not sure where to start. I’ve come across several companies who translate books , but I’m curious which ones actually do a great job keeping the author’s voice intact. Has anyone here worked with book translation services before? I’d love to hear your suggestions, tips, or experiences on getting a book professionally translated.
