Setting Up Action and Stuff Tracker for Gaming

I came across the action and stuff Tracker and I’m trying to figure out the best way to set it up for consistent results. Does anyone know if it works in real time and gives accurate statistics?

I’ve read that it’s popular in the action and stuff gaming community, but I want to hear personal stories. Is it simple enough for casual gamers, or is it mainly aimed at professionals?
