ARC Raiders Items
are part of preparing for successful raids, but the biggest Season 4 lesson is that Trial progress must now be approached differently. Embark Studios has completely removed the old system that allowed players to earn double Trial points on maps with Major Map Conditions. Night Raid, Electromagnetic Storm, Cold Snap, and Hidden Bunker previously offered this 2x progression, helping players reach the 4,000-point three-star threshold much faster.A Major Change to Weekly ProgressThe old multiplier provided a clear shortcut. When the right condition was active, players could earn progress at twice the normal rate. However, this also made weekly Trials dependent on map rotations. That created a situation where players could feel forced to wait. If the desired condition was not available during their play session, they could either make slower progress or postpone their Trial attempts.Season 4 removes that problem. Major Map Conditions no longer provide double progress, but players can now complete weekly Trials on whichever map or condition they prefer without losing progression efficiency.Freedom Over Map ChoiceThis change gives players greater control over their weekly routine. You can select a map based on the Trial objectives you have, the enemies you want to target, or the routes you already understand. There is also less reason to interrupt your normal play schedule. Instead of watching for a particular rotation, you can simply enter a raid when you are ready and begin working toward your objectives. The system may require more ordinary progress than before, but it is also much more predictable.Challenges Work IndependentlySeason 4 also separates Trial challenges from map conditions. Objectives such as Disarm Mines are no longer tied to particular conditions that might prevent you from progressing. This is an important structural improvement because it makes challenges more direct. If you have an objective, you can actively work toward it rather than waiting for the game to provide a particular environmental setup. The result is a system that encourages planning. Before entering a raid, identify the objectives that matter most and decide how you can combine them into one efficient route.Use the Highest-Value TargetsWithout double progress, players should pay attention to opportunities that can generate large amounts of points quickly. Large ARC enemies and their weaknesses are particularly important. One example is the Bombardier. Hitting its weak points with a Heavy Fuze Grenade can potentially produce nearly 4,000 points from one action. This means the right enemy and the right equipment can still create a major burst of Trial progress. Instead of simply fighting everything you encounter, look for targets that match your objectives and provide a meaningful return.Plan Around Respawn TimingLarge ARC enemies reportedly respawn approximately every ten minutes. This creates a useful foundation for a repeatable Trial route. You can clear a major area such as Spaceport, continue toward another objective, then return after enough time has passed. Buried City can be used in a similar way.The purpose of the loop is to reduce wasted time. Rather than standing around waiting for a target, keep moving through useful locations and allow the respawn cycle to work in the background.Once you learn a route that fits your weekly objectives, your raids can become much more consistent.Keep PvP From Taking OverPvP can easily distract from Trial farming. A fight with another Raider can consume resources and time that could have been spent completing objectives or fighting ARC enemies. When the goal is Trial progress, a PvE-focused approach can therefore be more efficient. You can concentrate on your route and avoid unnecessary conflicts whenever possible. That does not mean every player encounter should be ignored. Instead, consider the purpose of the fight. If it offers little value for your Trial objective, walking away may be the better decision.Coordinate Efficiently With TeammatesSquads have another advantage because they can cover separate areas at the same time. Teammates can spread out slightly, target different objectives, and clear more territory during a single raid.Good communication makes this much safer and more effective. Each player should understand their role, know where teammates are operating, and communicate when they have completed an important target. As the raid progresses, the squad should gradually shift from farming toward survival. Once enough progress has been earned, regrouping becomes more important than continuing to search for additional points.Never Forget SperanzaThe most important rule remains extraction. Trial progression earned during a raid is lost if you die before successfully reaching Speranza. This means a high-scoring raid can still become a failure if you take unnecessary risks at the end. Players should constantly weigh the value of additional points against the progress they already have.Once a major milestone has been reached, extracting can be the most efficient decision available. There is little benefit in earning more points if the entire raid's progress disappears because of one avoidable death. For players looking to organize their resources before future Trial runs,

can also be part of a broader preparation strategy.
