So I changed the front brake pads on my 2015 Toyota Yaris last weekend, did it myself because I watched a few YouTube videos and thought how hard could it be. Well now the brake pedal goes way further down than before and feels kind of soft. I bled the brakes and the fluid level is fine so I'm confused. A friend said I might have installed them wrong or maybe there's air still in the lines. I don't really trust myself to mess with brakes further so I need a proper shop to check it before I end up in an accident. Was looking at
Certified Auto Service Al Majaz
because it's walking distance from my flat and they seem to handle Japanese cars often. Has anyone used them for brake work? Do they do inspections without charging crazy fees? Also any idea what a brake inspection and possible re-bleed should cost around here? I'm in Al Majaz 2 so somewhere close would be ideal. Really don't want to be that guy who crashes because of his own DIY mistake. Thanks for any advice.
