I have been going back and forth on this for a couple weeks now so wanted to get some outside opinions before making a decision. Long story short my 458 has been sitting more than it should because the battery keeps draining even after short drives, and I finally accepted that it is not just a fluke and probably needs replacing rather than me continuing to jump start it every other weekend like I have been doing out of pure laziness. The tricky part for me is that I live closer to the Mussafah side and most of the general auto shops around there are obviously more geared toward everyday cars, which makes sense given the demand, but it has left me a bit unsure where to actually take something like this without worrying they will just slap in whatever generic battery fits the tray and call it done. A colleague who owns a Lamborghini mentioned that for these performance cars you really want proper

rather than just any nearby mechanic, mainly because of how sensitive the electronics and start stop systems are on these engines, and apparently using the wrong spec can throw off sensors that are honestly a nightmare and expensive to diagnose afterward. I poked around a bit and landed on a page from carbatteryreplacement-abu-dhabi.ae that actually had a dedicated section for Ferrari battery replacement, which surprised me a little since I did not expect to find something that specific locally, it talked about proper voltage matching and mentioned technicians familiar with the electrical layout on these models which is exactly the kind of reassurance I was looking for. Still on the fence about booking it though because I want to hear real feedback first, has anyone actually gone through a specialized installation like this locally, and if so did it feel noticeably more careful or thorough compared to a regular shop, or is it mostly just marketing dressed up to justify a higher price tag. Also genuinely curious how long these appointments usually take for exotic cars since I would assume there is more diagnostic work involved before they even touch the battery itself, not just a quick swap like on a normal sedan. If anyone nearby has been through something similar recently I would really appreciate hearing how it went, trying to avoid making an expensive mistake here given how particular these cars already are about everything else.
